All brands listed below are available for purchase in our online shop but can also be purchased at our various tasting room locations.

Some of our wines are not available to ship via our employee stores due to shipping cost limitations or limited availability/wine club exclusivity. If you are located near one of our tasting rooms, you can purchase these products upon request. For specific questions, please email orders@smwe.com. 

Ensure your after-employee discount total exceeds the threshold required to receive the discount, such as penny shipping. If you have exceeded the threshold, confirm you didn't have anything left in your cart from a previous order; clear your cart then re-add your products back continue to checkout. If you are still having challenges, please contact our Concierge Team at orders@smwe.com. 

Due to the limited states for import shipments, we have moved to carryout for select imports via the Enoteca at Chateau Ste. Michelle.

Important: Your wine shipment must be signed for by someone who is at least 21 years of age. The shipping carrier is not allowed to leave wine shipments on a doorstep.

We ship wine on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday using the shipping method that you select for your order. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be charged and processed (or up to 10 business days during applicable specials and holidays), plus the estimated shipping timeframe for the shipping method chosen. We are unable to hold shipments. 

• Second day air and overnight shipping - Monday through Thursday
• Ground shipping - Monday through Wednesday (subject to weather restrictions)

You will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order or its delivery status, please email orders@smwe.com.

Purchaser and recipient must be at least 21 years of age. Recipient must be present and show identification to accept shipment. A total of three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our facility.

Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Unfortunately, no. Our online shops and our tasting rooms are separate inventories. If you would prefer to pickup in the tasting room, we invite you to visit any one of our tasting room locations to shop. If you would like to pre-order from any of our tasting rooms, please use the employee order form on The Vine and submit.
