This complex red blend exudes a host of red fruit aromas accented by hints of brown spices, cocoa, black olive, toast & vanilla. Concentrated flavors of black cherry and plum are supported by a silky tannin structure and balanced with a pleasant acidity that keeps the wine lively.
Blend
Mainly Syrah with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mourvèdre & Viognier.
Aging
The wine aged for approximately 19 months in 29% new French oak barrels where malolactic conversion occurred.
