Tasting Notes
This limited production Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon is lush and elegant. Aromas of raspberry and black cherry intertwine with flavors of boysenberry, spice, and chocolate leading into a long finish of toasted oak and vanilla.
Blend
Majority Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Merlot.
Aging
The barrel regime included 100% French oak – 44% of the barrels were new.

The must was punched down daily during fermentation, and was then racked into barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation for 20 months aging.
