Tasting Notes
This blend of Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne delivers richness and structure. Some of the Viognier was fermented in stainless steel to lend a bright pretty fruit note. The remaining Viognier, along with the Marsanne and Roussanne, was fermented in neutral barrels adding a creamy texture.

Aging
Grenache Blanc and Rousanne were aged in stainless steel to highlight the bright fruit flavors, with a touch of Viogner from the barrel.

2018 Limited Release Cinsaut
The best part of the Limited Release program is the freedom to experiment! Instead of aging our 2018 Cinsaut in multiple small barrels, I decided to put about half into one giant oak tank – and I love the result!
