2017 GPS Sauvignon Blanc, Rosebud Vineyard

This lively Marsanne is mostly tank fermented and expresses pear, melon and floral aromas and flavors in the glass. A touch of oak enhances the soft richness on the palate and lingering finish.

Medium in body, this Horse Heaven Hills Chardonnay, begins with beautiful aromas of golden peach, melon and mango complemented by hints of vanilla, caramel & buttercream. Flavors of ripe, tropical fruits are framed by lively acidity and joined by a creamy mouthfeel.

For the Austral this year, we co-fermented a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier together in a barrel. The result is a seamless, rich wine. We layered tank-fermented Grenache Blanc and Roussanne for brightness while a touch more of Viognier from barrel brought ripe stone fruit and texture.

This dry white shows citrus and spice flavors that sit lightly on the palate, but also has great length. Most of the blend was fermented in stainless steel to show off the fruit, and a portion was fermented naturally in old barrels to add weight and depth.

The 2018 vintage of Rosé of Cabernet is a perfect shade of rose gold and has aromas of cranberry and some floral notes. The flavors are all about the fresh fruit. Strawberry, watermelon, and cranberry lead the way along with the finish of slightly green melon.

This dry style of Gewürztraminer presents the celebrated spicy ginger and clove aromatics of a classic Gewürztraminer mixed with hints of rose, lychee and pink grapefruit.

Supple texture, remarkable depth and complex flavors are the hallmarks of Eroica XLC. Extended Lees Contact (XLC) is a modern interpretation of classic, Old World, dry-style Riesling. In keeping with Germany’s Grosses Gewächs “GG” designation, this is a dry wine sourced from distinctive vineyards.

An elegant wine with firm tannins and flavors of fresh, savory herbs, boysenberry, blue fruits and minerality.

This medium bodied Tempranillo sports aromas of dried fig and Bing cherry with subtle brown sugar and dill nuances. Cherries repeat on the palate along with currants and plums, supported by supple fine-grained tannins.
